FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What kind of health insurance do you accept?

We accept all types of healthfunds. To claim the healthfund, please bring in your healthfund card so we can do an on the spot claim, leaving you to just pay the gap. Make sure that your healthfund is covered for our services by contacting the insurer beforehand.

Do you accept Medicare, WorkCover, and/or CTP claims?

Yes, we do! Medicare/EPC patients do need to pay a small gap. For WorkCover and CTP, please make sure you bring your claim number, the insurer, and a contact email or phone number for the claim.

Why do you charge a gap for Medicare patients?

Unfortunately, the Medicare rebate provided is not high enough for us to run our clinic sustainably. Effectively, the rate has only increased by a few dollars over the last 15 years. To keep our quality of care high, and be able to keep operating we do need to charge a gap.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No, you don't need a doctor's referral unless you're getting treatment under WorkCover, CTP, or want to go under the Medicare program for physiotherapy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Late cancellations impact our business and prevent other clients from booking appointments. We kindly request at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations. Repeated late cancellations will incur a $20 fee.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothes or gym attire for a smoother session. However, we also have a range of singlets and shorts available in various sizes at our clinics.

How do I claim from my private healthfund?

After every session, we will email you a receipt, at an equivalent cost per session. You can then claim directly from your healthfund.

What happens if I get better before my package ends?

We define 'better' as being back doing everything you were doing before you got injured for at least 2 weeks. If you get better before the package ends, you will be entitled to a refund as per the refund policy.

What if I'm not 100% by the time my package ends?

We define '100%' as being back doing everything you were doing before you got injured for at least 2 weeks. If you are not better before the package ends, you will be able to access all services for 10% off the advertised price, until you have reached our definition of '100%'.

What happens if I can't attend my appointment?

If you provide us with 24 hours' notice, we will adjust the duration of your package accordingly. If you forget to attend (DNA), you'll receive one warning. Any subsequent DNAs will result in a deduction from your package as if you had attended.

Can I upgrade my package?

Yes, you can upgrade your pack at any time simply by paying the difference!

How much do your packages cost?

Our goal is to save you money in the long term with these packages. Our program's cost varies between $600 for the 6-week program, to $4900 for the most expensive 12-month program. We guarantee, that this is the lowest cost fixed fee package programs in Sydney.

REFUND POLICY

Under our Package Refund Policy, you have four flexible options, which you can choose at any time —

no questions asked.

OPTION 1

Transfer remaining funds for other services in the future (no expiry date).

OPTION 2

Refund the remaining balance or 25% of the total package cost, whichever is lower.

OPTION 3

Transfer the remaining balance as credit to a family member.

OPTION 4

Any combination of the above.
